Films marked with an * come in hard shell cases with beautiful color artwork for $22 on request. Please note that you DO NOT have to purchase box art. You can get a regular copy of any film for the usual $17. The * means box art is available if you choose.

Payment may be made by U.S. cash (Send registered mail and at your own risk!), Cashier's check, money order, personal check, or by credit card. We Accept , Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We now also accept payment by Paypal. Please email us if you want to pay by paypal so we can give you the exact total amount for payment and our Paypal email address. You can also call us by phone at 561-685-5135 if you are paying by credit card, please leave a message and pertinent info. All calls leaving messages will be returned within 24 hours.

All payment must be in US dollars, or instruments drawn on a US bank. Sorry, no COD, foreign currency or stamps accepted! Personal check orders are held 10-12 business days to confirm clearance. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50.00 fee plus the amount of your order total before we will ship anything out to you. Please add $5.00 first video, $1 each additional video there after to your order. Please note we are in the process of updating and refining the shopping cart. Not all titles have the postage area marked , so please add the appropriate amount to your order. The shopping cart will not recognize the reduced shipping rate for more than one movie, or special sales so we will modify your order when we process it and bill your credit card appropriately.
All orders of 2 or more titles are shipped via United States Post Office by 2-day Priority mail!! If ordering only one movie, please add $3.00 if you would like Priority Postage. Please allow up to 3 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive (Excluding orders paid via personal checks).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
CANADA add U.S. $6.00 for the first movie, and U.S. $1.00 for each additional.
CENTRAL and SOUTH AMERICA Add $6 for the first and $4 each additional movie.
EUROPE: $7 for the first movie and $5 each additional.
JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, and ALL OTHER COUNTRIES add $8 first movie and $8 each additional. APO and FPO orders are accepted but we are not responsible for confiscated items!
Global Priority-International customers, if you would like us to send your package global priority, which is supposed to arrive 5 days from the day they are shipped, simply add $6 per tape on top of the current postage charge. PLEASE NOTE: This service is not currently available to all countries.
Also Note that we will NOT make refunds, exchanges, or replacements on orders confiscated by your local customs so please know your country’s/province’s laws before ordering! We will do our very best to help you get your movies (Such as not labeling them, etc) but cannot take responsibility. NO EXCEPTIONS SO DO NOT ASK!!!!!!!
INSURANCE:
If you would like to have your packages insured, please add $2 for insurance up to $150. This is a good way to send expensive purchases securely! Please understand that if your package is damaged or stolen that we cannot replace your order so you may want to consider getting insurance, especially if you order over 7 videos. Special: Order 10 or more videos and insurance is FREE! This is NOT available for international orders. Sorry.
Delivery/Shipping and Expected Time of Receipt
U.S.A. customers
please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you mail in your order, please add on another 5-7 days as it does take a few days for the letter to reach us. Also, if you pay via personal check, allow another 10-14 days for your check to clear our bank. . We will certainly try to ship out much as fast as possible .INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (And this means you too Canada) please read! International orders may take as longer because we must get special approval from ALL overseas orders. Also, (we will repeat this very important point again!) Due to current world events, customs all over the world are cracking down. WE WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND MONEY OR RE-SHIP ITEMS TAKEN BY YOUR CUSTOMS-PERIOD! NO EXCUSES, NO EXCEPTIONS! ITS THE LUCK OF THE DRAW AND IF YOU PLAY, YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED TO LOSE. WE CANNOT KNOW EVERY NATION'S EVER-CHANGING LAWS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Return Policy
We do not refund payment. Defective tapes or discs will be replaced only for same title discs, within 10 business days of arrival. Please let us know if you have a defective tape or disc right away.
Privacy
Also, if you would like us NOT to label your videos for privacy so they appear plain, please let us know in the "Comments" section upon checkout or on our online/printed order form. We'll take care of it as we want you guys to be happy!
RETURN POLICY
Damaged or defective tapes may be exchanged for THE SAME TITLE
ONLY within 30 days of receipt. We will NOT exchange or replace a film because you don’t like it or because you deem it offensive. Regrettably, there are NO cash refunds. All sales are final. By singing/initialing our form(s), you are agreeing to ALL terms listed within this site!
A NOTE ABOUT UPGRADES:
Unlike other companies, we give you FREE UPGRADES! If we should locate a better looking master of a tape that you have previously purchased, then you are entitled to a free upgrade. All we ask is that you enclose US$2.50 for return postage (US$1.00 for each additional) or simply send back the original tape that you purchased from us and we‘ll send the upgrade free of charge! International customers must add air mail postage.
UPDATE LISTS
We are constantly adding new films to our library. Everyone who purchases a video will receive an update mailing when it becomes available. If you do not place an order either from the catalog or after receiving your first update mailing, you will be removed from our mailing list. All customers who place an order will be kept on the mailing list for one year, and will receive regular updates (about 4 mailings per year). Again, if a year passes without an order, we must regretfully remove your name from our mailing list. If you are taken off of our list, but would still like to receive the updates, simply send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope (business size) each quarter, and we will be glad to send you our most current update, or send us E-Mail at: whvlives@aol.com If you do not want to be on our mailing list for whatever reason, simply make note of this with an order and we won’t send updates to your address.
Also, the films listed in this catalog are by no means our entire selection! We have access to thousands of films from around the globe! If you have any requests, please let us know. If there is enough demand for the videos you are looking for, we will get them and there is usually no charge for our search service, provided you actually purchase them for their regular selling price (What we sell them for).
A Note About Trades
We do NOT trade or swap videos with people living within the USA! Sorry.
Foreign Trades
Foreign contacts are welcomed to send us trade lists, but this is no guarantee that we will trade videos with you. If there is demand for some of your titles and if the picture of the videos are of very high quality, we will trade one-for-one with you. We do NOT trade or exchange video boxart unless you have something to send as well. We are looking for the most rare and obscure UNKNOWN films from around the world so please do not send us lists with lots of common or easy to find titles. Please make sure to indicate the picture quality, format (letterbox or not), the soundtrack quality, language, and if there are English subtitles. Also, a brief description and the running time (if available) would be helpful. If we do not already have the tape, and would like to add it to our collection, we will either trade you tape-for-tape, or in some cases we will buy the film from you.
